Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeframes
We deliver nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery times:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days

Regional Areas: 3–5 business days

Remote or Outlying Areas: 5–7 business days
We currently do not ship internationally, but we plan to expand delivery outside South Africa soon.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking information.
You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website or via your Mangata Tech account.

5. Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel.

Couriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a physical address.

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional re-delivery fees may apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears tampered with, please:

Take clear photos of the packaging and item, and

Report it within 48 hours of delivery to nthuse.mahlo@gmail.com.
We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Mangata Tech is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after successful delivery by the courier.
7. Pre-Orders and Backorders
For certain high-demand items (e.g., new gadgets or special imports):

You’ll be notified if an item is on backorder or delayed.

You may cancel your order anytime before shipping for a full refund.
8. Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours.
Address changes cannot be made once the parcel has been shipped.

We aim to meet all delivery timelines, but delays can occur due to:

Mangata Tech will not be liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, but we will always assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
