Refund policy

1. Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, cables, and boxes).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

  • Products must not show signs of wear, tampering, or installation.

  • Any factory-sealed packaging must remain unopened unless the product is defective.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, or warranty reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Software, licenses, or downloadable items

  • Earphones, earbuds, or other personal audio products (unless sealed or defective on arrival)

  • Gift cards and promotional items

  • Products with missing parts, damaged packaging, or user-caused faults


3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or video evidence of the damage

We will assess the case and may offer:

  • A replacement (if available)

  • A repair under warranty (if applicable)

  • Or a full refund

Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or accidents will not qualify for replacement or refund.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, using your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect).


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
